2015/2016 Locations 2016 Rules
Cmon Back Club® Official Rules
C’mon Back Club® cardholder will receive one stamp for each (8) gallon BP
fuel purchase at participating BP stations. Seven (7) stamps are needed to
complete the card. Maximum two stamps per visit. Cardholder is require to
attach a receipt from each of these purchases. To be valid, cards must be
stamped, signed and dated by a BP employee with a sales receipt attached for
each purchase.
Must complete card (7 purchases and receipts) by March 15, 2016. Card
expires on March 31, 2016. Completed BP game card is not valid on previously
purchased tickets and is not valid for use in conjunction with any other
ticket offer. Game cards cannot be combined, one game card must be redeemed
per ticket.
Completed card can be redeemed for one free 400 LEVEL ticket at the BMO
HARRIS BRADLEY CENTER. (Subject to 400 LEVEL ticket availability) or used as
a $17 credit towards an upgraded seating section to one of the four
Milwaukee Bucks’ games listed on the card.*
*the upgrade credit cannot be combined with any other discount offers or
ticket promotions.
Completed game cards may be redeemed for tickets in the following manner:
1) Mail completed game cards with receipts at least (3) three weeks in
advance of game you wish to attend to:

Maximum 8 redemptions per mail order and $5.00 handling fee per mail order.
Each mail order should include a self-addressed stamped envelope for
returning tickets to cardholder.
2) Present completed game cards with receipts at the Milwaukee Bucks’ Ticket
office. Not valid for redemption on game day. Not valid for redemption,
without exception, after February 29, 2016. Maximum 8 redemptions per person
per day.
Employees of BP are not eligible to participate. BP is not responsible for
illegible, lost or damaged cards.
The Milwaukee Bucks reserve the right to deny admission to a cardholder if
fraud is suspected. Void where prohibited by law and subject to federal,
state and local restrictions.
It is strongly recommended to redeem completed cards well in advance of the
day of desired game. Free 400 Level tickets are available while supplies
last. All redemptions subject to availability.

Additional Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The 2015-16 Milwaukee Bucks – BP C’mon Back Club® Cardholder
Offer (the “Offer” as further described on the game card) is open to legal
residents of Wisconsin who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
Employees of the Milwaukee Bucks, LLC (the “Bucks”), Amoco Ventures of
Wisconsin, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and the National Basketball Association (the
“NBA”) and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., (collectively, the “NBA
Entities”) and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates,
directors, owners, employees or agents, marketing agencies, and their
immediate families (all together, the “Released Parties”), are not eligible
to redeem. This Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local
laws, rules and regulations.
All applicable U.S., federal, state, and local taxes, duties, or other taxes
or fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The Offer is not
redeemable for cash. No cash alternative or other substitutions will be
allowed.
Bucks game ticket dates and seat locations herein are subject to
availability and determined by the Bucks at its sole discretion. Times,
locations and dates herein of Bucks games are subject to change and
cancellation outside of the Bucks and Sponsor’s control. If Bucks games are
canceled, suspended, not completed or not played for any reason, the Bucks
and Sponsor have no further obligation to the purchaser to replace or
substitute games.
Release: By participating in the Offer, purchaser agrees to accept and abide
by the rules of this Offer and agrees that any dispute with regard to the
conduct of this Offer, or rule interpretation shall be submitted to Sponsor,
whose decision shall be binding and final. By participating, purchaser
agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any injury,
loss, or damage to person, including death, or property due in-whole or
in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the game
card, participating in any Offer-related activity, or participation in the
Offer.
Sponsor and the Bucks are not responsible for any typographical or other
error in the printing of this Offer or the administration therein. If for
any reason Sponsor or the Bucks is prevented from continuing with this
Offer, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Offer is severely
undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic,
earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike (including, but not limited
to, by NBA players, owners or referees), act of God or public enemy,
satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or
undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local
government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction,
Sponsor or the Bucks shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to
abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer without further
obligation.
The use of any automated devices in connection with this Offer is
prohibited. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for computer system, hardware,
software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, delayed computer
transactions or network connections, whether human, technical or otherwise
in nature. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY
COMPUTERIZED SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE OFFER IS A
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE,
SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE
FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor or the Bucks reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Offer should virus, bugs or
other causes beyond its control corrupt the administration, security or
proper redemption of this Offer. Sponsor and the Bucks are not responsible
for any injury or damage to any person’s computer or related equipment
resulting from or relating to participation in this Offer or downloading any
material related to this Offer.
Disputes/Choice of Law: This Offer shall be exclusively governed by,
construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of
Wisconsin without regard to principles of conflicts of law.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH PURCHASER AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL
DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS
OFFER SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS
ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY STATE OR FEDERAL COURTS SITUATED IN MILWAUKEE,
WISCONSIN, (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO
ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND
(3) NO PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, MAY BE AWARDED (COLLECTIVELY,
“SPECIAL DAMAGES”), AND (4) PURCHASER HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM
SPECIAL DAMAGES AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE SUCH DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR INCREASED.
WISCONSIN LAW, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO CHOICE OF LAW RULES, GOVERNS THE OFFER
AND ALL ASPECTS RELATED THERETO.
